Every few years our practice is put through a very rigorous inspection by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Team. This is a voluntary scheme regulated by the RCVS. Inspections are done on a regular basis to ensure very high standards are maintained in a practice with the purpose of promoting and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care.
To be able to achieve compliance takes a lot of hard work from the team and we must meet very stringent standards in areas such as staff qualifications and training, health and safety, hygiene, equipment, operating procedures and treatment protocols, premises etc.
We are very proud to inform you that we have yet again achieved full compliance and have received our certificate which is proudly displayed above.
